Supply from manufacturers, customer demand and unforeseen acts of nature can all inhibit product availability. Contemporary Furniture Center take every reasonable precaution to ensure that all of the products displayed on our Contemporary Furniture Center website and in our showrooms are in stock and available.

Sales Tax
Contemporary Furniture Center collects applicable sales taxes in all states where Contemporary Furniture Center sell or deliver product currently Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Contemporary Furniture Center web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Returns
Merchandise received in good condition and accepted by customer is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available. Furniture Delivered by Contemporary Furniture Center Staff will be inspected by our drivers to insure product integrity.
Furniture Delivered by a third party carrier is subject to the following policy:
When the freight company delivers your products, you must inspect the contents prior to signing delivery documents. If the furniture is damaged you cannot accept delivery and you have to clearly indicate that on a bill of lading, shipment order, or customer claim sheet. In the case of multiple item orders only the damaged items may be returned, all other items must be accepted.
The Freight Company will take the furniture and ship it back to us and then we will file a claim. We may ask you to send us an email describing damages. Once delivery is accepted by customer and signed for, the sale is final and products are not returnable.
Contemporary Furniture Center will work to ensure that your replacement items are shipped as soon as possible. If for some reason a certain item has become unavailable during the shipping process, Contemporary Furniture Center may substitute the item with a suitable replacement of equal or greater value determined by Contemporary Furniture Center.
Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you picked for placing furniture before you make an order. We cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise.
