Return and Exchange Policy:
• All purchases must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any claims for defective merchandise must be made promptly.
• Glass must be inspected upon delivery; n a claims will be honored after delivery.
• In the event of defective or damaged merchandise the original packaging must be retained. To expedite your claim a digital photo should be sent to the office for visual inspection. In the event you are unable to provide this, we can do an on-site inspection.
• Any merchandise that is picked up at our warehouse must be inspected at time of pick up; no claims will be honored after that time.
• When the items are returned to the warehouse, they will be inspected and either a credit will be issued if it is determined that it is a factory defect or in the event it is determined that the defect is not a manufacturer's defect the item will be returned to you.
• In the event Global authorizes a return for credit, the merchandise will be inspected and subject to a 25% restocking charge. Items must be brand new (never assembled) and in original carton with packing.
• Global drivers are not permitted to take back any merchandise without an R/A issued by the office.
• No refunds will be given, only exchanges or credits.
The following Limited Warranties are given to the original purchaser of
Global Furniture USA Products.
FRAMES: For One (1) year should any manufacturer's defect occur in the frame, Global will exchange, replace or repair such defective part(s) without charge.
UPHOLSETRY: (Leather, Fabric, Vinyl) For Six (6) months should any manufacturer's defect occur in the Upholstery, Global will exchange, replace or repair such defective part(s) without charge.

Soho Concept (all products with Stock Code starting with SO-)
LIMITED WARRANTY: All sohoConcept products comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturers defect in material, workmanship. Do not drag your sofa over rough surfaces. Sitting on the back or arms, jumping on the products or rough handling is not recommended. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper cleaning and care of upholstery coverings. As sun is a natural bleaching agent it is strongly advised that you keep your sohoConcept upholstery away from direct sunlight as it will discolor the covering over time. Heat will also damage the coverings and it is important to position the sofa at least 2 feet away from any sources of heat such as radiators and heaters. Even though our warranty is limited with one year as a courtesy to our customers we are willing to replace damaged slip covers free of freight charge if covers’ cost paid by customer. Our chairs not recommended for commercial usage if the product is to be used on carpet or tiles with gaps. The warranty will be waived if product is used on non recommended flooring. Please consult us regarding the type of floor the product is to be used on prior to placing the order.
Zuo Modern (all products with Stock Code starting with: ZO-)
LIMITED WARRANTY: Zuo Modern guarantees all furniture against defects in construction fora period of one year. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. There will be a charge for transportation.
GENERAL TERMS: To obtain service under this warranty, contact our service department. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence are not covered. Mattresses are covered by a limited, separate warranty. Fabric wear ability and color‐fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered by this warranty.
